Returns
We're happy to refund goods within 30 days of purchase, however the customer will be liable for the postage charge of returning the goods. Naturally enough the goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
Vacuum packed products cannot be returned once they have been removed from their original packaging. This relates to memory foam mattresses and toppers.
In the case of faulty goods we will replace or refund the goods if returned to us with in 30 days, and will also refund the cost of the postage.
If you wish to cancel your order then you may contact us by email or telephone. If your credit card has been processed you will be charged 2.5% of the order value.
In either case, please enclose a covering note with details of your reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it. Please also include your order number and details of your original method of payment.
